What the request form collects
The form on our booking page collects your name, business name, and email address, and — only if you choose to fill them in — your phone number, website, and a message.
We also store a one-way fingerprint derived from your IP address and browser identifier. It is used to limit repeat automated submissions. It is not reversible and is not used for advertising.

Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in this website's own database. They are not publicly readable — the website can only add a submission, never read, edit, or delete one from a visitor's browser.
A copy is also sent through our email provider to the business inbox so we can respond. We use what you send only to reply about your enquiry; we do not sell it or add you to a marketing list you did not request.

Booking a call
If a booking calendar is shown on our booking page, it is a Google Calendar appointment schedule. When you book, Google processes the details you enter and creates a Google Meet meeting.
That booking is handled by Google under Google's own terms and privacy policy, not by this website.

Analytics and tracking
This site does not run advertising pixels or third-party analytics trackers. Standard hosting request logs may be kept by our hosting provider.

Removing your information
Email auragen.media@gmail.com to request deletion of your inquiry from our database and the email copies in our business inbox.
